Everything but the kitchen sink and your pet's food! For your pets comfort we provide beds/cots, blankets, treats, calming music and a place like home. For your pet's fun we include customized 1/1 playtime at no additional charge. In addition, for the canines we include peanut butter Kong's, Summer pool time, lots of exercise in our large yards, busy toys, indoor/outdoor access within their Dorm on beautiful days and space to lay and stretch. We also include stainless steel bowls and we have slow feeder bowls available upon request.

Please bring enough pet food for the stay, medications in their original bottles and any updated vaccination records. It's ok to bring special treats, non-hazard toys or small items from home that are washable, such as a small blanket.

Please do not bring toys, treats or bones that can be a choke hazard or break into little pieces. We also ask that you don't bring crates, large beds that are not washable, bowls and dishes or large food bins.

Dogs in our care get outside 6-8 times a day. Some are potty breaks and others are for playtime and exercise, all of which are typically done between 6 AM - 7 PM.

We don't intermingle the animals while they are in our care unless they are from the same household. We pride ourselves in giving your pet individualized 1/1 play time with just us! We do this to build trust and establish great relationships with your pets as if they were our own. Not all pets want to do the same things; some want to play ball, catch a Frisbee or jump in the pool while others want to have more cuddle time or hang on our laps to soak in the sun. We do it all! We adapt to what your pet needs for a comfortable-loving stay!

We offer Day Boarding during the week days (Mon-Thur) based on our availability. 95% of our services are overnight boarding but if we have the availability, we're here for you!

We do not discriminate based on breed! For us, it's about your pet's overall temperament, behavior, following leadership and being a fun-loving friend. If your pet is not socialized, able to be touched by us or shows signs of aggression such as growling, hissing or nipping then we're not the place for you. We pride ourselves in providing the best care and experience for your pet which includes being a good citizen!

For our K9 friends, we do not require being spayed or neutered to stay. We do however, not board animals that are in heat.

The State of WI requires Rabies. All other vaccinations are up to you and your veterinarian. We understand that some pets may have medical or other exceptions that prevent certain vaccinations. Don't worry, we'll work together!

We firmly stick to our scheduled drop-off and pick-up times which are Monday - Saturday 8-9 AM & 4-5 PM, Sunday 4-5 PM only. We close our doors so we can maintain a good routine and structure. We have limited staff and our priority is caring and playing with your pets. We give it our all 7-days a week and live and breathe for your pets!

We understand it's important to see where your pet is going to stay, sleep and play. As a courtesy to the pets in our care, we do not do tours during the weekend when we are at full capacity. When strangers walk thru the facility it can cause an unbalance and we are all about balance and peace here! We schedule all tours during our slower days of the week between one of our drop-off and pick-up times. You're welcome to email us for availability.

We each have our own specialties. We're consider ourselves as your small "Mom and Pop" shop with nothing but heart and soul! We have over 20+ years of combined experience in the Veterinary industry and have surrounded ourselves with pets our whole lives. We value building genuine relationships with each of our clients and their pets and take great pride in seeing the same beautiful faces and watching your pets grow and blossom. We're the place of love and comfort!

Cancellations have to be done (5) days in advance or there is a cancellation fee of (1) full boarding day (charge based on # of pets).

Schedule Changes to the drop off/pickup day or AM/PM time need to be done (3) days in advance or you're charged for the full stay as originally planned.

We charge boarding fees by the day, not the night. We charge for the full day regardless of AM or PM drop off because we hold the spot for you until you arrive. At pick up, you're only charged for this day if you pick up between 4-5 PM.

There is a minimum charge of (2) boarding days over a weekend and (3) boarding days over summer months and Holiday's. Due to our limited space, we may charge an additional premium fee for Holidays and Spring Break.

We may ask that Reservations be secured with pre-payment prior to the stay that is nonrefundable.
